We will want to talk to you. We need to understand the direction and constraints of your project—SWOT analysis of kinds.
Calling and talking about your project allows Ravenstow to understand your indervidual needs better. It will be a friendly & focused conversation, without obligation.

As we understand your bespoke needs; we design and blueprint the project.
The blueprint will include -
Overall size and dimensions
Canvas features and required meterage
Timber requirements
All door, wall and awning features

Following the design, we will send a documentation package including the total price, the project's design blueprint, bespoke features, options, materials, and delivery choices.
From here, you can either -
Accept the quote
Request any feature adjustment
Ask questions for further clarity.
Decline the quote
If you accept the quote -
We forward an invoice for a 50% deposit. The deposit secures a place on our production timeline. See Payment Options
We present a Commission of Ravenstow (CoR) contract. The CoR contract gives mutual guidance to the project with Ravenstow.

We manufacture your project and digitally document the process for updates.
We use two channels for digital updates -
1 - Your updates keep you informed on the project's progress.
2 - Social media channel.
Documentation builds our portfolio and shares studio news.
We like the excitement of bringing projects into existence.
Digital documentation shared on social media channels is mindful & respectful of your privacy and confidentiality.

Once your project has been finalised and documented, we will send a balance invoice. See Payment Options

After we manufacture and quality check the project, we provide any DYI support plans for timbers if you choose to make your own. See Timbers

Our tents are X - Studio. Delivery of works is the responsibility of the buyer. We work closely with our clients before production to find suitable delivery methods. We do all we can to help - See Delivery
